Netflix partial download was not available and content could not be viewed offline until the download was complete. Netflix has indeed raised the bar for its offline download feature by allowing users to watch incompletely downloaded content as well. The download feature was first introduced in 2016 so users can watch shows while being offline. Now users can easily finish downloading the entire episode or movie when they regain access to Internet and continue watching the rest of it.
