How to Delete an Existing Transition in Google Slides
The steps in this article were performed in the desktop version of Google Chrome. This guide assumes that you currently have a slide in your presentation that contains a transition, and that you would like to remove it. This will not affect any other transitions in your presentation. Step 1: Sign into your Google Drive and open the presentation containing the slide transition that you want to remove. Step 2: Select the slide with the transition from the list of slides at the left side of the window. There is an icon with three stacked circles to the left of a slide with a transition. Step 3: Right-click on the selected slide and choose the Change transition option. Step 4: Click the dropdown menu under Animations at the right side of the window, then select the No transition option. You can then close the Animations column when you are finished. Note that the transition indicator to the left of the slide should now be gone. Do you have another presentation that contains a slide that would be useful in your current presentation?
